Effects of Global Warming in the UAE

There are many severe effects of global warming in the UAE. Our beaches have already been affected by global warming. The reefs in some cities are dieing out because of global warming, and this is really bad news for a fledgling country like the UAE, who’s only seen about thirty years. God only know what might happen in the near future. For the UAE seems to be progressing with an extreme pace into the future, with nearly no concerns about global warming.

So global warming is affecting our economy, energy and environment. It could also create political instability as well. And that’s not good news for our leaders. I hope something is done about the problem here in the UAE as soon as possible. For were gambling with our life, and we have everything to lose.

General Effects of Global Warming

Greenhouse gases effect our atmosphere by trapping heat in the earth, therefore raising the earths temperature. Also, these gases harm the ozone layer already by making a hole in it. This allows harmful rays penetrate right through to the earths surface and effecting life on earth. Deforestation can also be a cause, this creates more heat. Global warming destroys species, coral reefs, effects the way the earth runs in a whole. Its is going to be a big battle to help reduce global warming and hopefully try and reverse it. But as we all know, the effects are obvious. And we need to do something about it ASAP!

General Causes of Global Warming

One of the biggest players of global warming is Carbon dioxide, I was recorded that the USA caused 40% of the world carbon dioxide emissions by burning fossil fuel to produce energy. The burning of coal also produces carbon dioxide. And this accounts for 93% of USA’s carbon dioxide emissions.
Methane also produces a threat to our environment. Methane is 20 times more effective at trapping heat in our atmosphere than carbon dioxide. There are many more causes of global warming like nitrous oxide, deforestation and city gridlock’s. these all pollute the world atmosphere cause real big global warming issues.
